Ethics. All the authors have carefully read the journal's Code of Ethics and will understand the sanctions for its violation.
Absence of plagiarism in the text. The authors guarantee that this article has not been published in whole or in part before, and is not under consideration or in the process of publication in another publication. If the manuscript was previously submitted for consideration to other publications, but was not accepted for publication, be sure to indicate this in the cover letter, otherwise the editorial board may misinterpret the results of checking the text for unauthorized borrowings and reject the manuscript.
The article must be typed in a Microsoft World text editor, font - Times New Roman, 14 point size, 1.5 line spacing, paragraph indentation 1.27 cm, formatting in width, without hyphenation and page numbering, borders: 2.5 cm with all sides.
The cited literature is given after the conclusion of the article in alphabetical order (Russian, then foreign sources). In the text of the article, literary sources are given in the form of numbers enclosed in square brackets, according to the presented list of references. The maximum volume of the list of used literature should not exceed 15 sources. References to publications earlier than 2000 should be exempt (priorities, basic methods, generally accepted standards and classifications). Links to unpublished articles, abstracts and preprints are not allowed.

• a letter from the title organization and a letter to the head of the department;
• a completed (possibly by hand) and signed by two reviewers a review - direction (the form is presented on the website);
• the article is accompanied by information about the authors in the amount: surname, name, patronymic in full, academic degree and title, certified by the handwritten signatures of all authors. For one of the authors, the postal address for correspondence, contact numbers and E-mail are indicated.

Authors' signatures under the article mean the automatic consent of the authors to be published in the main issue or annex on editorial terms, a guarantee by the authors of the rights to the originality of the information contained in the article, compliance with international and Russian legal norms in experimental, preclinical and clinical studies, as well as consent to the transfer of rights to publish and translate this article to the Volgograd State Medical University Publishing House.

The editorial Board of the journal and the administration of the website of the journal do not transfer personal information in any way specified by the users when working with the website of the journal to third parties, except for those cases and to the extent specified in the terms of the copyright agreement.
The affiliation work and e-mail address of the authors of the manuscript accepted for publication will be published in the section "information about the authors" of the printed version of the journal and in the section "about the authors" on the page of the article on the website of the journal.
The phone number of the corresponding author will be known only to the editorial Board Secretariat and will only be used in cases of emergency.
