Because of this study, learning cycles were proposed depending on the transformational changes that education promotes.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion.</bold> Educational modules based on interstate and national standards and sustainable development goals and climate change mitigation issues considering subjective parameters that increase uncertainty in assessing climate change are proposed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель.</bold> Разработка подходов к трансформации транспортного профессионального образования в контексте подготовки кадров для низкоуглеродной экономики.</p> <p><bold>Методы.</bold> Методом исследования является анализ существующих подходов к профессиональному образованию с учетом международного опыта, а также открытых источников информации различного характера.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Предложены пути подготовки профильных специалистов, способных оценивать и управлять факторами климатического риска в рамках социально-экологических систем.
