Compounds with fragments of myrtane and myrtentiols showed fungicidal activity against yeast fungi <italic>Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis </italic>and<italic> Candida parapsilosis,</italic> while derivatives with fragments of hydroxypinane thiols were not toxic to cells of the lung epithelium of the cow embryo.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Реакцией бромацетилметронидазола с монотерпеновыми тиолами пинановой и борнановой структур получены новые сульфиды, которые исследованы на противомикробную активность и цитотоксичность.
