This library also includes Diels–Alder adducts with <italic>N</italic>-substituted maleinimides. The nootropic activity of the synthesized compounds was studied in vivo using the CPAR test. Three samples were found to have comparable or superior activity to the reference drug Piracetam (the latent period for the first entry of laboratory animals into the dark chamber at the stage of reflex reproduction was 271.7±50.3, 288.8±50.8 and 300.0±0.0 seconds versus 270.9±29.1 seconds, respectively).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Синтезирована библиотека производных 2-оксометилцитизина, включающая конъюгаты с фенильным фрагментом, связанным с исходной молекулой аминометильным, ацильным, этенильным, этильным, тио- и карбоксамидным и пропеноновым спейсерами, а также его аддукты Дильса–Альдера с N-замещенными малеинимидами. <italic>In</italic><italic> </italic><italic>vivo</italic> в тесте условного рефлекса пассивного избегания изучена ноотропная активность синтезированных соединений, среди которых выявлены три образца, сопоставимые и превосходящие по своей активности препарат сравнения пирацетам (латентный период первого захода лабораторных животных в темную камеру установки на этапе воспроизведения рефлекса составил 271.7±50.3, 288.8±50.8 и 300.0±0.0 с против 270.9±29.1 с соответственно).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>quinolizidine alkaloids</kwd><kwd>(−)-cytisine 2-oxomethylcytisine</kwd><kwd>nootropic activity</kwd><kwd>CPAR test</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хинолизидиновые алкалоиды</kwd><kwd>(−)-цитизин</kwd><kwd>2-оксометилцитизин</kwd><kwd>ноотропная активность</kwd><kwd>условный рефлекс пассивного избегания (УРПИ)</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Министерство науки и высшего образования Российской Федерации</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>075-03-2021-607</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Armstrong R. // Folia Neuropathol. 2020.
