In recent years, a number of important information has been obtained about the regulation of regeneration processes, which significantly clarify a number of ideas about the regulation of the response to damage and deserve attention in terms of searching for new targets for controlling this process. This review briefly summarizes the basic regulatory mechanisms associated with the early stages of the human tissue response to injury. It also provides current data on the mechanisms of damage reception and the role of stromal cells in the formation of primary connective tissue as a structure that determines the outcome.</p>
Также приводятся актуальные данные о механизмах рецепции повреждения и роли стромальных клеток в формировании первичной соединительной ткани как структуры, определяющей исход регенерации.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>regeneration</kwd><kwd>fibrosis</kwd><kwd>stem cell</kwd><kwd>mesenchymal stromal cell</kwd><kwd>stroma</kwd><kwd>regenerative medicine</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>регенерация</kwd><kwd>фиброз</kwd><kwd>стволовая клетка</kwd><kwd>мезенхимная стромальная клетка</kwd><kwd>строма</kwd><kwd>регенеративная медицина</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Российский Научный Фонд</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Russian Science Foundation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>19-75-30007-П</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Макаревич П.
