При повышении концентрации реагентов от 0.01 до 0.03 моль/л (при расходах растворов 1.5 л/мин) наблюдается увеличение размеров кристаллитов с ~ 37 до ~ 76 нм. При повышении расходов потоков с 1.5 до 3.2 л/мин как размеры кристаллитов, так и доли моноклинной и тетрагональной фаз ванадата висмута для концентраций 0.01 и 0.02 моль/л отличаются несущественно (в пределах погрешности). Это означает, что производительности 1.5 л/мин достаточно для обеспечения необходимого качества микросмешения. Увеличение расхода растворов приводит к более интенсивному микросмешению, что, в свою очередь, наряду с концентрацией солей, влияет на размеры и морфологию частиц, а далее, на ширину запрещенной зоны, и, как следствие, на фотокаталитическую активность полученных частиц. Для одного и того же расхода исходных растворов лучшие фотокаталитические характеристики демонстрируют образцы, полученные при меньшей концентрации исходных реагентов, что обеспечивает большую долю моноклинной фазы BiVO<sub>4</sub> и меньший размер кристаллитов этой фазы. Показана возможность контролируемого микрореакторного синтеза ванадата висмута с заданным фазовым составом, морфологией и размерами кристаллитов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведен микрореакторный синтез ванадата висмута с вариацией расходов растворов и концентраций реагентов в них.
