The high accuracy (99.67%), specificity (100%) and sensitivity (100%) of the proposed test model consisting of these three polymorphisms for the identification of domestic yaks and cattle were confirmed. A fast and simple identification method has been developed based on this model using competitive allele-specific PCR (KASP) technology, which can significantly reduce the time and financial costs of molecular genetic analysis, as well as reduce the risk of cross-contamination of samples.</p>
Разработан быстрый и простой метод идентификации на основе данной модели с использованием технологии конкурентной аллель-специфической ПЦР (KASP), что позволяет существенно сократить временные и финансовые затраты на молекулярно-генетический анализ, а также снизить риск перекрестного загрязнения образцов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Bos taurus</kwd><kwd>Bos grunniens</kwd><kwd>single nucleotide polymorphism</kwd><kwd>identification</kwd><kwd>kompetitive allele specific PCR (KASP)</kwd><kwd>in silico genotyping</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Bos taurus</kwd><kwd>Bos grunniens</kwd><kwd>однонуклеотидный полиморфизм</kwd><kwd>идентификация</kwd><kwd>конкурентная аллель-специфическая ПЦР (KASP</kwd><kwd>Kompetitive allele specific PCR)</kwd><kwd>генотипирование in silico</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Министерство образования и науки Кыргызской Республики</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>30-21</award-id></award-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Министерство образования и науки Кыргызской Республики</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>129/1</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Wang X., Pei J., Xiong L. et al.
