At the same time, calves with a heterozygous genotype were not characterized by a decrease in live weight at birth relative to the values of this indicator for the sample as a whole. The article analyzes possible mechanisms for the development of the phenotypic effect of SNP rs135173498 of the NIPAL1 gene as a factor of embryonic lethality in Auliekol cattle, and, presumably, in the Kazakh Whitehead, Aberdeen Angus and Charolais breeds.</p>
Проанализированы возможные механизмы развития фенотипического эффекта SNP rs135173498 гена NIPAL1 как фактора эмбриональной летальности у аулиекольского крупного рогатого скота и, предположительно, у пород казахской белоголовой, абердин-ангусской и шароле.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>GWAS</kwd><kwd>QTL</kwd><kwd>3’ untranslated regions</kwd><kwd>rs135173498/NIPAL1</kwd><kwd>genetic marker</kwd><kwd>genome-wide association study</kwd><kwd>embryonic lethality</kwd><kwd>cattle</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>GWAS</kwd><kwd>QTL</kwd><kwd>3’-нетранслируемые участки</kwd><kwd>rs135173498/NIPAL1</kwd><kwd>генетический маркер</kwd><kwd>полногеномный поиск ассоциаций</kwd><kwd>эмбриональная летальность</kwd><kwd>крупный рогатый скот</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Шайдуллин Р.Р., Фаизов Т.Х., Ганиев А.С.
