Using GEO database, we found that the DNA methylation level in the chr7:35253926-35262250 region changes in opposite direction in aortic dissection and aortic atherosclerosis. The results suggest an alteration in epigenetic regulation both in aortic atherosclerosis andaortic aneurysm.</p>
Полученные результаты свидетельствуют об изменении эпигенетической регуляции как при атеросклеротическом поражении аорты, так и при ее аневризме.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>TBX20</kwd><kwd>aortic aneurysm</kwd><kwd>atherosclerosis</kwd><kwd>DNA methylation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>TBX20</kwd><kwd>аневризма аорты</kwd><kwd>атеросклероз аорты</kwd><kwd>метилирование</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Российский научный фонд</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Russian Science Foundation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>22-25-00701</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Portelli S.S., Robertson E.N., Malecki C. et al.
