В настоящей работе изложены результаты разработки металлоконструкции опытного
образца магнитолевитационной тележки для перевозки контейнеров с использованием технологии
магнитодинамической левитации «Inductrack».Представлено описание вариантов конструкции и результаты расчета на прочность.

(Designand assessment of strength Magneto-levitation bogie)
  

The article presents the results of the prototype magneto-levitationbogie for the transport of containers using the technology of magneto-dynamic
levitation «Inductrack». The main elements of the prototype bogie are:
–supporting welded steel frame, which is attached to the container stops, blocks, magnets, support and guide wheels;
– themagnets are combined into blocks according to the scheme «an Array of Halbach»;
– shuntingwheel required for pre-acceleration of the bogie (with levitation wheels not touching the track structure);
– guidewheels, which serve for centering the bogie on the road when driving on a plot of acceleration;
Cart designwas developed taking into account the possibility of placing massive superconductors instead of permanent magnets.
Carts aredesigned to carry containers of various types, it does not require additional devices for connecting the carriages together.
To assessthe strength of the construction was taken following calculation modes:
– themoving bogie, when you turn on linear synchronous motor, a trolley supported by shunting wheel and operate the inertial load;
– brakingwhen the bogie is in magneto-levitation flight support with the maneuvering of the wheel is missing, there are inertial load;
– supportbogie magnets on when the bogie is in magneto-levitation flight;
– supportthe trolley on the shunting wheel, the linear synchronous motor is turned off.
Thecalculation was carried out by finite element method using the design package
«Ansys Workbench».
